Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

Calling pumpkin lovers šš
This is for you. šāāļø
Gearing up for fall but holding onto summer with a smoothie, canāt go wrong!
This tastes like dessert without tons of syrup and added sugars like lots of fall treats. š
Not to mention, pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A, C, potassium, manganese, B2, E, and iron. This is great to help support a healthy immune system and a healthy heart.
All you need:

š 1/4 cup pumpkin
š 1 @blenderbombs
š 1 scoop protein powder (I used my Be Well By Kelly unflavored protein)
š 1 banana
š 1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
š 1 tbsp nut butter
š 2 tbsp (or a heavy sprinkle) pumpkin pie spice
š 1 tbsp of cinnamon
š A couple of ice cubes if you like if extra
š Nut milk or water ( I pour usually about 5 seconds worth š¤·š¼āāļø)
Blend it all up & taste the pumpkin pie š„§š so freakin good!
