Pumpkin Protein Smoothie




Calling pumpkin lovers ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ’•

Gearing up for fall but holding onto summer with a smoothie, canโ€™t go wrong!


This tastes like dessert without tons of syrup and added sugars like lots of fall treats. ๐Ÿ’•


Not to mention, pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A, C, potassium, manganese, B2, E, and iron. This is great to help support a healthy immune system and a healthy heart.






All you need:


๐ŸŽƒ 1/4 cup pumpkin

๐ŸŽƒ 1 @blenderbombs

๐ŸŽƒ 1 scoop protein powder (I used my Be Well By Kelly unflavored protein)

๐ŸŽƒ 1 banana

๐ŸŽƒ 1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

๐ŸŽƒ 1 tbsp nut butter

๐ŸŽƒ 2 tbsp (or a heavy sprinkle) pumpkin pie spice

๐ŸŽƒ 1 tbsp of cinnamon

๐ŸŽƒ A couple of ice cubes if you like if extra

๐ŸŽƒ Nut milk or water ( I pour usually about 5 seconds worth ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ)











Blend it all up & taste the pumpkin pie ๐Ÿฅง๐ŸŽƒ so freakin good!
