Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

This is for you. šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø


Gearing up for fall but holding onto summer with a smoothie, can’t go wrong!


This tastes like dessert without tons of syrup and added sugars like lots of fall treats. šŸ’•


Not to mention, pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A, C, potassium, manganese, B2, E, and iron. This is great to help support a healthy immune system and a healthy heart.






All you need:

šŸŽƒ 1/4 cup pumpkin

šŸŽƒ 1 @blenderbombs

šŸŽƒ 1 scoop protein powder (I used my Be Well By Kelly unflavored protein)

šŸŽƒ 1 banana

šŸŽƒ 1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

šŸŽƒ 1 tbsp nut butter

šŸŽƒ 2 tbsp (or a heavy sprinkle) pumpkin pie spice

šŸŽƒ 1 tbsp of cinnamon

šŸŽƒ A couple of ice cubes if you like if extra

šŸŽƒ Nut milk or water ( I pour usually about 5 seconds worth šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø)











Blend it all up & taste the pumpkin pie šŸ„§šŸŽƒ so freakin good!
