Calling pumpkin lovers ๐๐

Gearing up for fall but holding onto summer with a smoothie, canโt go wrong!
This tastes like dessert without tons of syrup and added sugars like lots of fall treats. ๐
Not to mention, pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A, C, potassium, manganese, B2, E, and iron. This is great to help support a healthy immune system and a healthy heart.
All you need:
๐ 1/4 cup pumpkin
๐ 1 @blenderbombs
๐ 1 scoop protein powder (I used my Be Well By Kelly unflavored protein)
๐ 1 banana
๐ 1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
๐ 1 tbsp nut butter
๐ 2 tbsp (or a heavy sprinkle) pumpkin pie spice
๐ 1 tbsp of cinnamon
๐ A couple of ice cubes if you like if extra
๐ Nut milk or water ( I pour usually about 5 seconds worth ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ)
Blend it all up & taste the pumpkin pie ๐ฅง๐ so freakin good!
