Recipe: PB Pumpkin Smoothie


It's another fall favorite smoothie over here. This one is so creamy and tasty with a hint of fall.


What you need:

  • 1 large frozen banana

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Blend it all up and top with some grain-free granola (this pumpkin-spice one from Thrive Market it a go-to of mine). Adding some crunch but also that reminder to chew your food. Smoothies are a full meal (when made correctly) so its important to eat them at the same pace you would a meal (this helps support digestion!)
