Recipe: Lemonade Mineral Mocktail


This mineral mocktail taste like a lemonade cooler, a little less sweet than your Countrytime mix (who else grew up on that?!)


Mineral mocktails are important for replenishing electrolytes in the body that are depleted through nutrition deficiencies, lifestyle, and oxidative stress. But these minerals are critical for several functions in the body.


Not having enough electrolytes can look like:

💥chronic fatigue

💥irregular heartbeat

💥high BP

💥foggy headed

💥trouble sleeping

💥muscle weakness/cramping

💥headaches


Try whipping up a batch of this to sip on throughout those hotter days!


What you need:

1 cup coconut water (make sure it is just coconut water on the ingredients)

1 cup filtered water

1 tsp cream of tartar

1 squeezed lemon (~1 tbsp lemon juice) You can always add more based on taste preference

1/8 tsp mineral salt (NOT IODIZED salt)

10-20 drops of mineral drops


What to do:

Mix it all into a glass & stir & enjoy chilled! You can also make a pitcher to have it made for later!
