Recipe: 7 Layer Dip

Game Day - what do you make? A 7 layer dip is always great to have in your back pocket.


This 7 Layer Dip is a spin-off of the Nutritious Life‘s recipe! Super easy to throw together for any get together but great for game days or happy hours.


Ingredients:

✨2 medium avocados, mashed

✨1 tsp EVOO

✨1/2 lemon, squeezed

✨1 cup greek yogurt (or coconut for DF)

✨1-2 tbsp taco seasoning

✨1/4 small red onion, diced

✨1/2 cup canned corn

✨1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced

✨1 can black beans, drained

✨3/4 container of Miyokos DF Roadhouse Cheddar Cheese


Directions:

•Mash avocados in a bowl and add in lemon juice and EVOO.

•Mix yogurt & taco seasoning

•Dice the red onion & mix in the corn

•Slice the tomatoes

•Add all the ingredients to a bowl in the following order; black beans, taco yogurt, layer in the corn & onion mix, topped with smashed avocado. Next layer on top the cheddar cheese and top with diced tomatoes.

•Cilantro to garnish


Pair with your favorite dipping chips or some celery sticks!








Great to take on picnics too!
