This beef and broccoli bowl is a simple at-home spin on one of my favorite Asian dishes but leaves me feeling way better afterward.
Not to mention, it doesn't take long at all. It's an easy dinner to whip up!
What you need:
1-2 pounds of ground beef
1 large head of broccoli, chopped
any other veggies like mushrooms, carrots, snap peas etc. (I used carrots this time)
Noodles or rice
Cilantro & green onion
Sesame oil
1 tbsp Red Chili Paste
2 tbsp Coconut aminos
2 hefty tbps tahini
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Garlic, salt, and pepper
What to do:
Cook your ground beef until there is no pink, then drain the excess liquid.
In a wok or separate pan, drizzle some sesame oil, and toss in your veggies. (I sometimes will steam my broccoli first but that's a personal preference.) Season with your salt, pepper, and garlic for desired taste.
In a small pot, boil the water and cook your rice or noodles accordingly.
In the wok or large pan, mix your veggies, ground beef, cilantro, green onion, and noodles or rice together.
Then add the coconut aminos, Worcestershire sauce, tahini, and red chili sauce and mix well.
