Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is a fan-favorite recipe I've had in my back pocket for years for sports gatherings, easy apps, or a shareable to bring. Its also great because it's a good balance of indulgence and flavorful but also a good protein and fat appetizer that isn't going to spike your blood sugar.

It takes no time to whip up & you can make it dairy-free if you'd like!

What you need:

  • 10 oz of organic canned chicken

  • 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen buffalo sauce (you can add more if you like it more flavorful)

  • 1/4 cup Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing

  • 4 oz cream cheese (I love Good Culture or you can use Miyokos Dairy Free Cream Cheese)

  • 1-2 Handfuls of Shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

What to do:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Drain your canned chicken then mix everything into a bowl. Pour dip mix into an oven-safe dish. Optional to sprinkle some more cheese on top.

Bake until warm throughout or the cheese on top is melted (~15 minutes). Best paired with some chips, carrots, or celery sticks!
