Recipe: Salted Chocolate Tahini Smoothie


I think this might be my all time favorite smoothie because it taste too good to be good for you!!! But I'm here to tell you it is. You can have your chocolate for breakfast, dinner and dessert with this one!




What do you need:

6 oz. unsweetened nut milk

1 scoop Chocolate protein powder (I used BeWellByKelly Chocolate protein)

1 blenderbomb (smoothie booster or 1 tsp flax seed, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp hemp seeds)

1 1/2 tbsp tahini butter

1/2 tbsp maca powder

1 tbsp cacao powder

dash of cinnamon (honestly based on preference)

pinch of salt

handful of ice


**You can swap the tahini for a nut butter! Who doesnt love chocolate & PB. The best combo out there.**


PLUS its a no fruit smoothie so you don't have to worry about shooting up your glucose levels while still getting your sweet tooth fix. But you still get your protein, fat, and fiber to keep you full and satisfied!


I promise you'll be on a kick with this one for a few days at a time... I know I am!
