As the temperatures get warmer, my desire for smoothies is amping back up! Is anyone else just not feeling cold smoothie in the winter?! It's okay, you're not alone.
This salted peanut butter banana smoothie could honestly be dessert too but is a great option for any smoothie time!
What you need:
1 cup nut milk (I used cashew)
1/2 small frozen banana
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds (I used Nuttzo so it already has these mixed in)
1 serving vanilla protein powder (Be well by kelly, always!)
1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
1/4 tsp salt (I used Redmon’s Real Salt)
What you need to do:
Add all your ingredients into the blender and mix until nice and smooth. For a thinner consistency, add more liquid. I personally love a thicker smoothie so it's like a milkshake.
