Recipe: Berries & Cream Smoothie

Summer season means smoothie season, well for me anyway! When its warmer temperatures its the best way to cool things down while still getting all the nutrients in my body!

I always love a good berry mix in a smoothie, packed with extra fiber and on the lower glycemic range for fruits.

What you need:

  • 1 cup of frozen cauliflower

  • 1/2 of frozen berries

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground flax

  • 1 cup of Raw Milk (or you can use almond or cashew for dairy free)

  • Purely Elizabeths Vanilla Blueberry Almond Cereal (optional)

What to do:

Add all your ingredients into the blender until well-mixed. Top off with some crunchy granola to help add some texture but also keep you from drinking it too quickly!
