Give these gluten-free, protein-packed blender-friendly pancakes a try. I blended up the batter in the single-serve blender cup for easy cleanup but you can make a bigger batch in a full blender. Perfect for a work day or lazy meal prep ideas!
Not to mention these are blood sugar-friendly & packed with protein, fat, and fiber!
What you need:
2 small ripe bananas
3 scoops protein powder (I use @bewellbykelly)
3 tbsp almond or peanut butter
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 tbsp vanilla
dash of cinnamon
Add everything into a blender & blend until the batter is smooth. Cook on a pan with a little but of grass-fed butter & top with some maple syrup or your favorite berries. I've even a little more nut butter of choice & crumbled up a blenderbomb for some extra healthy fats & fiber.
