I went through my phases of loving a good order of boneless wings from Buffalo Wild Wings back in college and post-college for any Sunday sporting days or gatherings. If this is you, then buckle up my friend. This is a recipe to save!
These are SO simple to toss together for your next Sunday football game, backyard party or just to have to throw in your own lunch or dinner.

What you need:
1.5 lbs of organic chicken breast
2 cups of ground-up Simple Mills Almond flour crackers
4 tbsp ground flax meal
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 eggs, whisked
Primal Classic BBQ Sauce (or your favorite)
Salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
Cut up your chicken into cubes or strips and set to the side
In a bowl, whisk up the 2 eggs
In a food processor or blender, add the crackers, flax, and chia seeds. Blender until well mixed and crackers are ground up.
Take your chicken strips/cubes and dip them in the egg wash, followed by the breading (fully coating), and place them in your air fryer.
Once all have been coated, air fry for 15-17 minutes at 375 F, flipping about halfway.
Toss the chicken into a bowl and cover it with your desired amount of bbq sauce. Then toss back in the air fry for another 3 minutes.
Eat them with your favorite ranch or dipping sauce, or toss on top of a salad (this is a go-to for me!!)
**Tip: If you have a lot you want to make, I would break them into 2 batches to allow the air to circulate and crisp up
