Recipe: Freezer Turkey Meatballs

Come prep with me for when Beckham arrives. I’m stocking my freezer with meals and snacks to have ready for those sleep-deprived days that we don’t want to cook and haven’t been to the store!

Having ready-to-grab protein options is something I know my future self will thank me for. Its also easier to have protein ready that I can pair with a salad or sauteed veggies without much effort or thought.

These meatballs are easy to batch and freezer to grab when you need.

  • 1 pound ground chicken or turkey

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup cauliflower breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional if you want dairy-free)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

BAKE: You can also bake them first (400 degrees, 20 minutes) so that you can keep them in the freezer fully cooked and ready to go.

From frozen and cooked, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

I doubled the batch to have more in the freezer so feel free to make as many as you might need!
